REGISTRATION

In order to use our web site a user must have an account with us.  New users may register by clicking the link on our homepage which reads ‘Register Now'. In order to process a new registration the potential member must provide the following information:

1. First name & Surname
2. A verifiable email address
3. Date of birth
4. Sex
5. Address
6. Phone number

Before your first payout is allowed, you may be asked to send us a copy of an official document which includes a photograph of yourself (e.g. passport, identity document), either by fax (+356 25401255) or as a scan by e-mail to documents@expekt.com . Once we confirm the accuracy of your details the payment in question will be processed. Your winnings and cash-outs are kept strictly confidential and the information is stored in secure operating environments.  We do not divulge your winnings information to third parties unless such information disclosure to competent authorities is required by law.

PERSONAL DATA

Any information and personal details which identify you or make you easily identifiable as an individual is known as, and shall hereinafter be referred to as, your ‘personal data'. Once your personal data is submitted it shall be kept in store on our database at Expekt.  This information may be shared solely to other companies within our group of companies. We commit ourselves not to share or divulge your personal data with third parties unless we have obtained your prior consent or unless such divulgation is a result of a valid court order or other equivalent order from a competent authority. We make it a point to inform our customers whenever their information is being collected by third parties on our web site. We use the email address which you have provided us to send you an email welcoming you to Expekt. As our member we may send you e-mail from time to time containing information on various matters ranging from special promotions to technical and other information relating to our services. Should you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list you can either change your account settings or click “unsubscribe” in the bottom of the email. Please note that we may from time to time send out service related emails announcing for instance a temporary suspension of one or more of our services due to maintenance. 

THE INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The personal data submitted by our customers may be stored and/or processed in any country in which we or our affiliates, suppliers, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities. By accepting this Privacy Policy you give your consent to the transfer of your personal data outside your country.  Expekt is committed to take all necessary steps to ensure that whenever personal data is transferred such transfer takes place solely within Expekt's group of companies where the standards of privacy and confidentiality should be of an acceptable standard irrelevant of location.

CORRECT OR AMEND YOUR PERSONAL DATA

As our customer you are entitled to correct any data which is inaccurate or outdated.  Kindly send an email to support@expekt.com with reference to which data you would like to amend and we endeavour to process your request within the shortest possible time.

PROCESSING OF OTHER DATA

We trace the IP address of our customers and use it in order to provide you with a better technical service. We track your IP address against your user identification in order to prevent fraudulent activities and also to create an audit trail.

AMENDMENTS TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We shall inform you of any changes to our privacy policy either by means of an email or by a statement on our homepage or elsewhere on our web site.  Personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy in force at the time when such data was first collected.
